Peters Valley: Peters Valley Enriches lives through the learning, practice, and appreciation of fine crafts. The making of fine crafts is a kind of exploration, which relies on an integration of heart, head, and hands. Peters Valley encourages and facilitates this exploration in everything we do.

Casting for Recovery: CFR provides healing outdoor retreats for women with breast cancer, at no cost to the participants. CFR’s retreats offer opportunities for women to find inspiration, discover renewed energy for life, and experience healing connections with other women and nature. The retreats are open to women with breast cancer of all ages, in all stages of treatment and recovery.

Project Healing Waters: PHW began in 2005 serving wounded military service members at Walter Reed Army Medical Center returning from combat in Iraq and Afghanistan. Since then, the program has expanded nationwide. Project Healing Waters brings a high-quality, full-spectrum fly fishing program to disabled active military service personnel across the Veterans Affairs Healthcare System, in Military Hospitals and the Warrior Transition Command. PHW has become recognized as an innovative leader and model in the field of therapeutic outdoor recreation for the disabled, through its successful application of the sport of fly fishing as a rehabilitation tool.
